We use profile and resume signals to identify relevant opportunities and route candidates to external application pathways. Expert Match AI is not operated by Mercor, Turing, micro1, or any listed platform, and platform names are used only to identify third-party opportunities.

Some outbound application links may include referral codes. If you apply or are accepted through those links, North Kestrel Inc may receive referral compensation. Matching and ranking are based on fit signals, not referral payout.

Resume assessments are automated estimates from the information you provide and should be reviewed before applying. Full resume text is used for assessment but is not retained in the local candidate record.
